You've probably heard of this idea: eat healthy foods that are brain-boosting. You also know that brain foods are loaded with antioxidants. However, I will try to clarify the truth: there are other food groups that provide good brain boosting benefits but don't have a strong antioxidant profile.
So what is a good brain food? It's not a hard and fast answer: just try and eat plenty of them and try and eat a few of these foods each day. I do recommend that you read this article:
