1. Tincture of Lemon: Tinctures of Lemon and Water are my two favorite products.
Tinctures of Lemon have the longest shelf life, which means they are most useful for a year or more. I prefer to use a daily dose of 3-5 drops per cup. I have found the lemon tincture to be slightly bitter, but it is not enough to really be bothersome. 2. Tincture of Cayenne Pepper: Cayenne is the hottest pepper in the world, and a great way to get an edge. I like to use 3 drops per cup of water. I have a recommendation from a trusted friend who says you should use 2 drops per cup, but I have used it as needed for some weeks and it is still working for me. 1. Baking Soda: This is an everyday household item, and it is the most important ingredient in your medicine. You should always be using it, because your body will thank you. 2. Cinnamon: This stuff smells great. And it works. It is one of those "magic" things. You have to be careful though, because people often assume that it helps their cough. If you are a smoker, I highly recommend a little bit of a smoke before you take it.
